Denis Suarez was left out of Barcelona’s squad for their Copa del Rey tie against Sevilla and Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has admitted the player could leave this month.
„We are happy with the squad but there are always possibilities for departures for those who maybe do not feature as often,“ Valverde said on Tuesday.
Emery was asked about Suarez on Wednesday as he is understood to be keen on signing the winger, but he replied: „I don’t want to speak about individual players, because I know the club is working.“
