CSKA – Sofia officially confirmed the transfer of Bulgarian national Ilian Iliev, who joins the team as another new addition. The attacking midfielder is the third new player brought in by the Reds in just the last two days.

Iliev Jr. He is 25 years old and plays as a midfielder.
He started his football career at the age of 7 in Varna, taking his first steps at the Black Sea School. At the age of 17, he left for Portugal, where he spent two years at the Akademika academy. After returning to Bulgaria, he continued his career in the Black Sea, and then played for Limassol and Kifisias. He has played 47 matches in the First League and his total number of professional football matches is 140, including appearances in various championships and tournaments.
Ilian Iliev has played 16 matches for the men’s national team of Bulgaria and 9 appearances with the youth national teams,“ the club announced.
This transfer is part of CSKA – Sofia’s ambitious plan to strengthen the squad and strive for new successes in Bulgarian football.
