Roma have made an enquiry about taking Manchester United forward Anthony Martial on loan.

Juventus’ transfer shortlist for the summer consists of Douglas Costa, who is expected to sign in the coming days, Federico Bernardeschi, Wojciech Szczesny and Blaise Matuidi. The Italian champions will move for the players in that order. (Tuttosport)

Spain
Chelsea are preparing an €80million (£70million) bid for Alvaro Morata. The former Manchester United transfer target has been left in limbo after Romelu Lukaku’s move to Old Trafford. Despite it looking like the striker’s future is away from the Spanish capital, Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane doesn’t want to sell and the club will demand €90million (£79.6million). (AS)
Manchester City will officially make Girona part of City Football Group in the next fortnight. The newly-promoted La Liga side will receive six or seven players from City this season, the first of which was Bernardo. The Premier League team helped Girona finance the deal to bring the defender in from Middlesbrough. (Marca)
Barcelona transfer target Paulinho will speak to the president of his current club Guangzhou Evergrande and convince him to let him join the Spanish giants. Both Barcelona and the former Tottenham player expect the deal to be completed this week. (Sport)
Palmeiras midfielder Vitinho will sign for Barcelona on loan in the next 48 hours. The Catalan club will have an option to buy the 19-year-old if he becomes part of the first team. (Mundo Deportivo)
Portugal
Real Madrid right-back Danilo is a Chelsea transfer target. The Blues will face competition from Juventus for the Brazilian, who would cost €31.5million ($27.8million). Los Blancos want to recoup the fee they paid to Porto for his services in 2015. (A Bola)
Porto striker Vincent Aboubakar, who spent last season on loan at Besiktas, wants a move to England. Swansea City are in pole position for the 25-year-old Cameroon international. (Record)
France
Reports suggesting Manchester City transfer target Dani Alves has agreed to sign for Paris Saint-Germain are premature. The former Juventus right-back is considering his options and will decide between the two clubs in the coming days. (L’Equipe)
Marseille have phoned Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony about a possible move to the Stade Velodrome. He would cost around €15million (£13.2million), but is also attracting interest from Fenerbahce. The 28-year-old isn’t their first choice, though, as they would rather sign Carlos Bacca from AC Milan. (L’Equipe)
Crystal Palace and Marseille have reached an agreement over the sale of Steve Mandanda. He will return to his former club by the end of this week. (L’Equipe)
