Ibrahima Cisse having Fulham medical ahead of move from Standard Liege
Ibrahima Cisse is set to undergo a medical at Fulham ahead of a move from Standard Liege, according to Sky sources.
Sky Sports News HQ understands the 23-year-old former Belgium U21 international is in London after a deal was agreed between the clubs.
Sky sources reported back in January that Fulham were interested in Cisse and had two bids, the highest being £2.2m, rejected by the Belgian club.
The Whites have remained interested and are close to landing Cisse despite tensions over transfers behind the scenes.
Sky Sports News HQ reported last week that Fulham were signing Marcelo Djalo from Spanish lower division side Lugo despite reservations from coaching staff.
